Coach Jen is the head coach of the U18G JET Jaguars. The Jaguars were the first team formed by JET at U13. In 2010 JET formed a U11G Summer Select Team called the Cobras that had since transitioned into a Full Year Team that retired at Number 4 in NJ at U16G. Coach Jen currently trains the EWPAL Rockets U13B, the EWPAL Arsenal U11G and conducts goalkeeper clinics.

In the Summer of 2011 Coach Jen worked for Julie Shackford at Princeton University summer camp. She has worked for Dr. Robert Horn from Adeptico for their Warminster, PA camp in the Summer of 2011 and 2012.
Coach Jen worked at Princeton Day School (PDS) in Princeton, NJ from 2009-2010 as the Middle School Soccer Coach, JV Basketball Coach, Middle School Softball Coach and JV Soccer Coach. She also ran the PDS Soccer Summer Programs in 2008 and 2009. Coach Jen was the JV Girls Soccer Coach at the Peddie School in Hightstown from 2002-2005 and worked at the Peddie Soccer Academy Camp from 2002-2006. Other coaching positions she held at Peddie were Varsity Softball Coach and JV Basketball Coach.
Coach Jen started the Varsity Girls Soccer Program at Ridgefield Park Jr./Sr. H.S. in Ridgefield Park, NJ in 2001. She trains Girls and Boys teams from ages U8 thru U18 in Mercer, Middlesex, Burlington, Monmouth, and Ocean Counties. Coach Jen is the GK Trainer for JET and EWPAL. For the past 10 years she has trained goal keepers and field players in one on one, small group, or clinic type settings.
Coach Jen ran the Recreational Professional Training for Lawrence Hamnett, East Windsor PAL and Hamilton Township in the fall of 2011. In 2012, ran REC training in East Windsor PAL and Hamilton Township.

AJ began playing soccer at the age of 8, and played both for travel and high school teams up until graduation from Hightstown High School in 2012. AJ trained specifically as a goalkeeper for many years, learning from some of the best trainers in NJ, including Coach Richard Williams, known for coaching professionally as well as training 20 World Cup players. AJ has been working for JET doing one-on-one goalkeeping training and assisting with clinics since 2011 and is concussion certified. He has coached a U14 girls team and assisted with training a U18 girls team. He continues to referee as well, both locally and at tournaments throughout the state. He holds the following certifications, and intends to continue advancing in his NSCAA certifications as these national classes become available.

Coach Gina has been involved with soccer for the past 14 years as a player and a coach. She started her coaching career at the age of 14 volunteering as an assistant coach for a U11 Hibernian Boys team. She then went on as a camp counselor for children ages 5-10 at Bob Smith Soccer School from Spring 2002 until Summer 2009. After college, Gina moved to North Carolina and was the head coach of the WCWAA U9G Galaxy while also training various youth teams within the WCWAA program. Since moving back to NJ, she has started with JET at the beginning of 2013 and acquired her State “F” License through the program. She was the head coach for the JET Fury U15G team for 2013-2014 Inaugural Season and continues to coach them. She was the Assistant for the U13G JET Xtreme Mayhem in summer 2013. Coach Gina also runs several of our clinics and small group sessions.
As a player, Gina played college soccer at Philadelphia University (DII), primarily as a defender. For travel and high school, she was a Hamilton Hibernian for her entire club soccer career and a 2 year varsity starter at Steinert High School. Her junior year at Steinert, the team was ranked 3rd in the area, Top 20 in State Regular Season and the Undefeated CVC Champions. She was awarded Trentonian First Team All-CVC, Trenton Times Second Team All-CVC, All-State Honorable Mention and Hibernian Athletic Assoc. Senior Soccer 11 recognition. She also participated in the Mercer County Senior All-Star Team Invitational. In addition, Gina lettered in Track & Field at Steinert and earned several top 3 finishes in the 3200, including a third place medal at the Mercer County Freshman/Sophomore Meet.
Gina played as a Hibernian from 1996-2004, primarily as a center or outside midfielder and was a co-captain from 2000-2004. The Hibernian Heartbreakers were the 2003 Spring MOSA Premier Division Champs, 2002 Spring MOSA Premier 2nd Place, 2000 Spring MOSA National 1 2nd Place & 2000 Spring SJGSL Division Champs as well as being honored with a multitude of tournament titles dating back to 1999.
Coach Damian is currently the trainer and Head Coach for our U17B JET Union. At U15 they finished 3rd in Mid-New Jersey Youth Soccer Association with a record of 7-2-1 in the U16B Division. In Spring 2012 they finished tied for 2nd in U13B Division - Flight 6 and then jumped up to Flight 2 for U14B Division in Fall 2012. At U16B the Union finished 1st in Maps. Coach Damian is the Head Coach for our U12B United Team. He was also the co-coach of the U11B Blue Devils (2013) and the U11G JET Renegades (2012) Summer Select Teams. For Summer 2014 Coach Damian was the head coach of the U11B Marauders. He began coaching full-time for JenyB Elite Training (JET) in the fall of 2011.
Coach Damian has trained several teams thru JET: Florence Rebels U11B, HTRSA Hammers U10B, EWPAL Rockets/Lightning U10B. Prior to training and coaching with JET, he also trained players at adidas elite soccer camps under Mike Lyons from 1997-1999, The Peddie School soccer camp under Ray Cabot from 1998-2007, and Jersey Elite Training under Jen Besler from 2008-2010. Coach Damian currently runs our striker clinics. Coach Damian holds a USSF “E” License with 15 years of coaching experience and 27 years of game experience.

Coach Damian played travel club soccer for the East Windsor Rangers (1988-1994) and the Wall Roadrunners (1994-1998). In the summer of 1994 he was selected to the MOSA Summer Select team as a forward and fullback. While with the Wall Road Runners, he won a Gold Medal and was named Co-MVP at the 1995 AAU Junior Olympics played in Des Moines, Iowa. He also helped to lead the Wall Road Runners to a 2nd place finish in the 1998 NJ State Cup Soccer Tournament. Coach Damian attended The Peddie School in Hightstown, NJ where he was a 4-year Varsity starter (1995-1998) and a 2-year Varsity captain (1997-1998). During his time at The Peddie School he was he was awarded the honor of NJ All-State Prep A Player in 1997 and 1998. Coach Damian was also a 4-year Varsity starter at Guilford College in Greensboro, North Carolina (1999-2002) and a Varsity captain (2002). During his senior season in 2002 Coach Damian helped lead the Quakers to a 3rd place finish in the Old Dominion Athletic Conference Championships.
Coach Damian has played forward, center fullback, and sweeper. Due to his playing experience, he uses a broad spectrum of styles and methods to teach and coach which allows him to reach players of all ages and levels. He focuses on the fundamentals from basic techniques, ball skills, enjoyment, and insight into the game, with a gradual movement to the importance of fitness, mental toughness, position play, and finally the understanding of strategy and tactics. His goal is to prepare players to successfully recognize and solve the challenges of the game on their own with an emphasis on fundamentals; allowing a player to grow and succeed as an athlete and a person. He believes in building up players as athletes and as citizens with attention on focus, hard-work, determination, tenacity, character, integrity, and reliability.

Joe has played soccer since the age of 4 and joined his first travel team with EW PAL at age 8. Joe continued to play for EW PAL until entering Hightstown High School where he played 2 years of varsity football, 4 years of varsity basketball, and 4 years of varsity lacrosse. During his sophomore year at HHS, at age 15, Joe began coaching for JET as a goalkeeper specialist. By the end of his senior year he was the head coach of the JET u10 Red Devils, and was assisting on multiple JET coaching staffs.
Joe began his college education as a Kinesiology undergrad at Penn State Altoona. While at PSU Altoona, Joe played for their NCAA D3 Basketball team his freshman year, and was a captain and vice president of the inaugural club lacrosse team his sophomore year.
Joe transferred to Penn State’s main campus his junior year to pursue a degree in Kinesiology-Fitness Studies. He landed a coaching internship with the PSU Women’s Soccer program the spring semester of his senior year. As the coaching intern he had a hand in practice planning, filming and film breakdown, assisted the team and staff during all practices and games, as well as various office tasks and projects. The following fall semester Joe took on a double role with the team as both the coaching intern and the heart rate intern. As the heart rate intern Joe was responsible for creating daily and weekly logs of all the player’s resting and max heart rates throughout the season.
When the 2014 season rolled around, Joe was promoted to Volunteer Assistant. As a full time staff member Joe traveled with the team and attended every game of the 2014 season. Including the NCAA run the Lions made advancing all the way to the Elite 8 where they faced off against Texas A&M.
Joe has now returned to NJ to finish his degree and pick up his club coaching career with JET where it all started. In addition to coaching for JET, Joe will also be working as a PT Aid for Hamilton Physical Therapy.
Coach Andrea has been involved with soccer for about 13 years, playing on both club and school teams. She was a four year varsity starter and was captain for Hamilton High School West her senior year, demonstrating leadership both on and off the field. While at West, Coach Andrea received the team leadership award, was a state soccer award recipient, a mercer county select player and received honorable mention three times from The Trentonian. Coach Andrea continued her soccer career at Ramapo College of New Jersey and also played college lacrosse there.
Coach Andrea holds a National "E" License. Coach Andrea is in her third year as the Head Coach for the U16G Summer Select JET Vipers team. Coach Andrea was previously the Assistant Coach for the JET Cobras U15G from 2012-2014. She currently trains the EW Evolution U12G. She has trained the Bordentown Cosmos U11B, the BOM Heartbreakers U14G, and the West Windsor Pride U16G. She also does one on one training sessions within the club and takes on team training opportunities as they arise.
Coach Andrea specializes in defense but can teach any position on the field. She believes that an important key to success in soccer is fitness. She tries to incorporate fitness and fun into each drill when training.

Coach Lauren played mostly in the midfield and forward positions. She focuses on offensive tactics, fitness and agility. She encourages sportsmanship, being a team player, giving 110%, and a positive attitude towards the game.
Jackie (Turner) McMahon
Coach Jackie is the Assistant Coach for JET Flames U17G for 2015-2017 and was their Summer Select Coach in 2015. Trainer for EW Wolves U10G for 2016-2017. Trainer for Cranbury U12G and East Windsor Storm U14G in 2015-2016. She holds an F License and is Concussion Certified. Her athletic background is an accumulation of approximately 17 years, including soccer but also, track, 5K’s and a half marathon in October 2015. As a player, Jackie played recreationally from 1997-2000, and in 2007. She moved on to competitive soccer for Hamilton and Ewing from 2000-2008. She played for Grice Middle School and Hamilton High West from 2001-2007. She continued to play Co-Ed Intermural soccer at East Stroudsburg University. Jackie continues to play in Co-Ed 7v7’s and whenever she gets the opportunity.
Jackie is currently a third grade teacher and enjoys being able to work with the youth soccer organizations.
Leah played soccer at Ursinus College as a center midfielder and forward. Senior year she was recognized as a Second Team All Centennial Conference Midfielder. She currently holds an F license. She previously was an Assistant Coach for Jet Extreme and Mayhem (U12G), Summer 2013. This summer 2015 she was the Head Coach of the U13G JET Vipers.

Coach Brian owns McKnight Training services and has worked as a personal trainer most recently at CAN DO Fitness for two years. Prior to that he was with Work Out World, Velocity Sports Performance and Advance Training. He specializes in sports specific fitness training, correctional training and emphasizes proper technique. He has a B.S. from Montclair State University in Physical Education and Health with a concentration in Adult Fitness. He holds a Certified Personal Training certificate from NCSA. Other certifications include USA Weightlifting Sports Performance Coach, ISC Alternative Training Methods Master Trainer, Heart Saver CPR (AHA).
Coach Brian has most recently worked with our JET UNION U14B Soccer Team and our JET JAGUARS U17G Soccer Team and we are seeing dramatic results. Coach Brian is working with U12B Robbinsville Xtreme. Coach Brian is currently running clinics thru JET out of Robbinsville h.s and will be on staff offering various programs.

Taylor’s experience on the soccer field assisted her transition to other sports. Taylor has great field vision and awareness; this is due to her experience as a high level player in multiple sports, her intensity, and hard working mentality. Through high school, Taylor balanced four sports: field hockey, soccer, indoor track and lacrosse. She achieved much during her four years at the Peddie School while competing on 3 varsity teams since freshman year and playing club soccer externally. Earning 12 varsity letters in her four years, she was a starter in every game she played. Mainly fulfilling midfield and defensive roles, she maximized her ability as a play maker.
Taylor is simply dedicated to athletics and growing the sports she plays through youth coaching and training. Her goal as a coach and trainer is to instill intensity, hard work, and confidence within athletes through methods that are fun, challenging, and rewarding. Taylor currently coaches the U14 Force and U15 Power girls soccer teams and trains youth of all ages in the areas of speed and agility, field hockey and lacrosse.

Coach Emily is a Senior at the University of Richmond, Richmond VA. Richmond is Division I for Field Hockey and she plays center back for the Spiders. In 2008 Coach Emily was named to the All-Rookie team for the Atlantic-10 Conference. In 2009 she was part of the championship team and made an NCAA appearance. Emily graduated from New Egypt High School where her team won the state championship in 2005. She played club field hockey for Jersey Intensity and also contributed to a first place win in California in 2007 and 2008. She is studying to be a high school history teacher.

Luke Popko - Ice Hockey
Luke started his professional career appearing in three games with the Ontario Reign of the ECHL and then finished the 2010-11 season with the South Carolina Stingrays playing in 53 games and tallying 18 points. Popko played his second professional season with the Bloomington Blaze of the CHL playing in 54 games and totaled 29 points.
The Skillman, NJ native spent four years at Boston University, winning a National Championship in 2009. He scored 15 goals and 29 assists for 44 points in 159 games. Before attending Boston, Popko was a member of the U.S. National Development program earning 17 points (7g, 10a) in 60 games and helped Team USA capture the gold medal in the 2006 U-18 International Ice Hockey Federation World Championship.
