JET is conducting a program to teach our current and former players how to become trainers and coaches. If you are interested in this program here are the requirements: You must be 16 years old, obtain F license thru NJYS www.njyouthsoccer.com, mandatory meeting regarding behavior/first aid/how to run a session, etc., 5 hours of on the job training with JET.
Coach Christian is a recent graduate of Hightstown High school, and a rising sophomore at Robert Morris University. He won the CVC championship with Hightstown in 2014 and was named All-CVC as a senior after tallying 11 goals and six assists in 2016. He is a new employee at JET working with striker/goalkeeper training, and sessions with the U14 Rockets of East Windsor. He currently holds his coaching “F” License, and is concussion certified.
Christian mainly plays as a striker and winger, but can play multiple positions on the field. He has been playing soccer since 3 years old and played for MatchFit Academy, WWPSA and trained with Generation Adidas International at Real Madrid, Spain in March 2015. Christian competed in major tournaments such as the Super Y(USL) League at IMG Academy in Florida, in multiple Academy showcases in PA and Maryland. He currently plays Division I soccer at Robert Morris University.
When he trains he hopes the players have a good time while developing as young soccer players.
Coach Aly is a rising sophomore at Rhodes College, where she plays Division III soccer. Before Rhodes College, Aly attended the Peddie School in which she was a four-year varsity starter and team captain her senior year. In her time at Peddie, Aly helped the team to two Mid-Atlantic Prep League Championships (2012-2013) and earned First Team All-MAPL (2014), First Team All-Prep (2014), All-MAPL Honorable Mention (2013), Second Team All-Prep (2013), Mercer 33 (2014) and Mercer County Hall of Fame Game Player (2014) accolades. Aly played for the club team New Jersey Wildcats and aided her team to a State Cup Final appearance (2014). During her time at Rhodes College she has played in every game. Aly has been awarded with honorable mention for the SAA Women’s Soccer All-Conference team (2015) and Academic-Honor Roll (2016).
Aly has been a coach for the Purple Rain club out of Memphis and has assisted in many Rhodes College Soccer clinics. Aly has her F Coaching License and E Coaching License.
Coach Courtney a junior at Wilkes University where she will be continuing her third year as a member of the Division III Wilkes Women’s Soccer team. She graduated from Steinert High School where she played soccer all four years. Coach Courtney made varsity as a junior and was captain her senior year. She has played travel since the age of 8 starting with the Wildcats and finishing her travel career with PSA. She was a member of JET while playing over summer.
Coach Courtney currently holds her ‘F’ license. She has assisted with goalie training for JET and outside clubs.
Coach Alex is a recent graduate from Hightstown H.S. He's been working for JET for the past year helping with striker clinics and one on one training and is currently an Assistant Coach for our U11B JET Marauders. He recently worked with a Sophomore at the Peddie School looking to keep in shape in the off-season as well as a 7 year old visiting from Australia, just looking to keep his touches strong.
Coach Alex has been around soccer since he was 5 years old and currently plays soccer for Hightstown High School and club soccer for Monroe Thunder. He mainly plays outside mid or striker but can play anywhere. He also has been a ref for 3 years which has helped him learn and understand the game better. He holds an F license and is concussion certified. He has played on the following club teams: EWPAL Arsenal, EWPAL Cosmos, Monroe Wild, Monroe Thunder. When he trains he hopes to bring the best out out of people and play the game we love.
Coach Kerry is currently a Sophomore at Fordham University. She played travel soccer for 8 years, and played on the first JET team in 2006. Kerry graduated from Notre Dame High School where she played two seasons of soccer. She played JV as a freshman and became Captain in her Sophomore year as a defensive starter. She also played two seasons of basketball and ran one season of cross country. Coach Kerry currently holds her 'F' License. As a JET trainer she has conducted one on one sessions and was an Assistant for the JET Fury in 2013 and 2014.
Coach Cate is a junior at Ithaca College and will be playing soccer for her third year as an Ithaca College Bomber. Coach Cate made Varsity soccer for Hightstown H.S. all four years and was Captain of the team her junior and senior years. Senior year, she received Mercer 33, All-County, All-State and All-State "Top 20" Central Region honors. She additionally played for the Jet-United U-17 team throughout high school. Coach Cate also played lacrosse; she was a member of the H.S. Varsity team for four years and was a Captain her senior year. She was named Female Athlete of the Year by her high school athletic department her senior year to close her four years at Hightstown. Coach Cate is an Assistant Coach for the U9G JET Thunder and U10G JET Lightening. She was the Assistant Coach for the U18G JET Jaguars and has worked our Rec Clinics in East Windsor Pal. Coach Cate has run our small group sessions and one on one sessions for both soccer and lacrosse. She holds an “E” license and is First Aid and CPR certified.
Coach Hannah has is a Junior at Muhlenberg College where she runs Cross Country and Track. She graduated from Robbinsville High School. She started playing soccer at the age of five and became involved in travel teams at age ten. Coach Hannah made the Varsity soccer team for her high school as a Sophomore. As a freshman, Coach Hannah was the backup goalie on the varsity team that won the NJ State title in 2009-2010. Coach Hannah was a Senior Captain for Robbinsville. She also ran track for her high school. Coach Hannah holds an “F”license.
Coach Hannah assisted with our U11G Vipers and U16G Power Summer Select Teams for Summer 2013. In the past she had worked with the U11B JET Red Devils and our U13G JET Cobras. She worked our rec clinics in Hamilton and EW PAL and ran our small group sessions and goalkeeper clinics. Currently she is an Assistant for the U18G Jaguars and the U13G Vipers.
Coach Jackie graduated Magna Cum Laude from Elon University in North Carolina, with a major in Exercise Science and a minor in Dance. She has been accepted to Boston University's graduate school to pursue her MS in their Didactic Program in Dietetics (advanced degree in Nutrition).
Jackie played travel soccer for five years and played on one of the earlier JET teams, JET Power, for two years. She played club soccer at Elon and is currently a certified personal trainer with RWJ Hamilton Fitness and Wellness Center.
Jackie holds her 'F' License and is First Aid and CPR certified. She also holds the NSCA, CPT certification (National Strength and Conditioning Association, Certified Personal Trainer®. ) She is currently assisting the JET Galaxy.
